If you follow me on instagram @bcouturephoto you know that I post a lot of cute little detail collages. I am a complete sucker for cute newborn details shots. I think they make the CUTEST wall galleries, and who doesn’t want to remember those itty bitty toes, squishy rolls, and cute little lips. One thing I really like to stress in my newborn photography mentoring sessions is the need to sometimes take full advantage of every newborn pose. It’s not always all about getting a ton of different setups and poses, it’s more about making the most out of one pose, especially when the newborn is fussy. Below are a couple examples of one pose, and 6 different photos for that pose. Sometimes I’ll even change the pose just by adding a wrap or changing the headband to make it completely different.
If you are interested in doing a one-on-one mentoring with me and learning how I shoot, edit, and run my business be sure to go to my MENTORING page for more info! I only have a couple openings left this year, so book now before it’s too late.
